Capter Audio Technologies is dedicated to protecting the absolute confidentiality, artistic privacy, and master rights of audio producers and recording artists.

We do NOT scrape, harvest, resell, or feed client tracks, unreleased demos, or audio stems into AI training datasets. Audio files uploaded to Capter Online Mastering Studio are processed with end-to-end security and held in temporary storage only for the duration of the mastering session. We never claim ownership, never share your music, and never use your creative work to train generative AI models.

Information We Collect

When you interact with capteraudio.com, we collect:

• Commercial Inquiry Data: Names, studio/company entities, and corporate email addresses submitted via our B2B Licensing desk or developer contact forms.
• Technical Edge Telemetry: Standard HTTP request data (IP address, country code, browser/OS user-agent, and timestamp) collected for server security, load balancing, DDoS mitigation, and visitor radar analytics.
• Crash & Diagnostic Logs: Anonymous software execution diagnostics generated only when opted in by the user for performance stabilization.

Data Security & Encryption Standards

All network communications with our web edge servers and download mirrors are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with HSTS enforcement. Internal records and inquiry archives are stored with industry-standard cryptographic protection.
