The Capter Audio Engine & Online Mastering Platform, including without limitation its discrete digital signal processing (DSP) architecture, SIMD acceleration pipelines, ZTGI deep neural acoustic reconstruction models, analog saturation physics equations, Web Audio DSP implementations, compiled C++ machine-code kernels, user interface layouts, audio benchmark assets, trademarks, and branding, constitute the exclusive proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property of Capter Audio Technologies and its principal inventor and developer, Furkan Elmas.

Zero Reverse-Engineering, Decompilation & Anti-Tampering Prohibition

Under this Agreement, you are granted a web service and audio processing license. You explicitly agree that you shall NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, intercept, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code, internal network protocols, or compiled algorithms from any Capter Audio web platform, dynamic libraries, or cloud mastering DSP endpoints.
• Extract, harvest, copy, or duplicate the ZTGI neural network weight tensors, parametric filter coefficients, or analog modeling transfer functions embedded within the mastering engine.
• Modify, bypass, disable, circumvent, or tamper with any system rate limits, integrity checks, or security headers.
• Distribute, mirror, or host unauthorized repackaged or proxied versions of Capter Audio mastering services on any website or cyberlocker without prior written consent.

Any violation of this section constitutes a willful infringement of international intellectual property rights and an explicit violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 1201, subjecting the violator to immediate civil damages, injunctive relief, and legal action.

However, the software is provided “as is” without warranty against unforeseen operating system audio driver incompatibilities or host audio buffer underruns.

In no event shall Capter Audio Technologies or its developer be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
